The second Sunday after Christmas is also known as the Epiphany of the Lord. It’s celebrated on a Sunday that usually falls between January 2–5. In 2025, the Second Sunday after Christmas will be on January 5.
The liturgical color for Epiphany is white, which has been the color since Christmas. Worship on this day often focuses on the light of Jesus Christ and the community that gathers to follow him.
